Good Faith Estimate Policy

At Idyllium Behavioral Health, we are committed to transparent and upfront pricing for all our services. In compliance with the No Surprises Act, we provide clear information about the cost of care for self-pay and uninsured patients.

1. Transparent Pricing for Self-Pay Patients

Our fees for self-pay services are fully transparent and are listed clearly on our website. We believe in clarity and simplicity, so you always know what to expect before your appointment.
Please visit our website to view our current rates for:

  • Psychiatric evaluations

  • Medication management

  • Therapy services

2. What is a Good Faith Estimate?

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is an outline of expected costs for your care, intended to help you understand the anticipated charges for non-emergency services.
For self-pay or uninsured patients, our listed prices serve as your Good Faith Estimate.
Our pricing reflects common services provided by our practice. Should your care plan require additional or less frequent services, any changes in cost will be communicated in advance.

3. Important Disclaimers

  • The Good Faith Estimate is not a bill.

  • Your actual costs may vary depending on your unique care needs and treatment plan.

  • If you receive a bill that is $400 or more than the listed prices, you have the right to dispute the charges through the Patient-Provider Dispute Resolution process with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit: https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises

4. Your Rights

  • You have the right to receive clear and upfront pricing information before your appointment.

  • You have the right to dispute any charges that substantially exceed the published prices.

At Idyllium Behavioral Health, we prioritize transparency and trust. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident in the care you receive — including knowing the cost.
